Partzilla shows two part numbers for front pads, and the order page shows quantity of two for each.  Do I need to order one set of both pads, or two sets (4) of one or the other.  The part numbers are 0645-MV4-405 and 0645-MZ0-760.

I am thinking they are are interchangeable, but thought I better check with the Valk brain trust.

Correct # is

06455-MV4-405

Quantity 1 is two pads. So qty2 is a full set.

install the Rear I/S pads on the front, lower cost and they are 10mm thick for longer life.
